Can I request a specific custom design or personalized item?

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days and shipped shortly after. US delivery usually takes 2 to 12 business days, while international deliveries range from 10 to 30 days.

Please note, while we aim to deliver on time, we cannot take responsibility for any postal delays, as they are beyond our control.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on location. Also, shipping fees apply to each provider we work with.  This means that if your order two products from two different partners, you will be charged shipping twice.

SHIPPING FEES:
* US: Free shipping
* International: $8.90

Although we ship internationally, we do not deliver to all countries.

US, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland

Please note: Depending on your location, local customs fees or import duties may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for these additional charges.

If I order multiple items, will they be shipped together or in seperate packages?

At The Gift Shop Factory, we partner with trusted and reliable suppliers to ensure the best quality for our products. Depending on what you order, some items may be shipped seperately if they come from different partners. You will get a clear overview at checkout, so you will always know when and how your items will be delivered.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives broken or damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours.  Please include clear photos of the damaged item so we can assist you promptly. We will be happy to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange my order?

At The Gift Shop Factory, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase!

Non-Personalized Items: Refunds are available for non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Personalized Items: Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be refunded.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted for items that arrive broken or damaged.

We truly value customer satisfaction, so if you’re not fully happy with the item’s quality or condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We are here to ensure you have the best possible experience with our shop!
